    The Blossom – Burgundy

    ,
Handmade object by Asal Abbasi to be used both as decorative piece or a vase. Please note each piece consists of two items and the colors can be mixed and matched. "For flowering plants , the blossom is the first sight of vitality , life and being able to grow. In designing and creating a piece ,blossom , represents the beginning of its life. After it grows roots in the mind of the designer , and the stems and leaves grow out, it becomes the real world manifestation of that design, and what the audience faces. In fact the blossom is the symbol for the shared moment between the artist and the audience when art blooms."

The wonderful and irresistible iridescent colors of this window are re-proposed in a more playful key in the transparent plexiglass earrings as if to imitate the play of lights of that window.
